  • Modify GPS data
  • Cheat in rankings
  • Harass other users
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Upload malicious software
  • Violate applicable laws

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Health Disclaimer

Participation in running and fitness activities involves inherent risks.

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are medically fit to participate.

Consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

7. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate in all events at your own risk.

Extrov, event organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for injuries, illness, death, property damage, or losses arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Payments

All fees are listed in the applicable currency.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing fees may not be refundable.
  • Refund requests are subject to event policies.

9. Event Changes

Extrov or the event organizer may:

  • Modify event dates
  • Change event rules
  • Cancel events
  • Postpone events
  • Adjust rewards or prizes

Where feasible, participants will be notified of significant changes.

10. Rewards and Medals

Participants must satisfy all event requirements to receive medals, certificates, race kits, or other rewards.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Extrov, including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Software
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Text

is owned by Extrov or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, activity uploads, comments, and other content you submit.

By uploading content, you grant Extrov a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
